A Russian TV station has cut a scene featuring Vladimir Putin, the episode depicts him as a desperate, corrupt, war-hungry leader.....So the Russian channel decided to edit the episode so it didn't feature Putin in the 2005 episode at all. Sometimes I do feel lucky to live in the UK and not just because we can watch un-edited South Park episodes.
